Beach front land at the Lagos free zone
The Lagos free zone is located between
the Lekki lagoon and the Atlantic ocean,these two major factors makes
the project viable for economic prosperity . It has been observed that
major city of the world like New York ,Dubai and France have similar
feature like Lagos and as such things city have been destined for
economic prospect. Land are still available for quick sales facing the
ocean,suitable for the Hospitality business such as
recessionals,Hotels,and Guest house and are used for holiday homes for
Nigerians living abroad,also for dredging of sand for the construction
industry ,for shippers its suitable for a private seaport and jetty to
serve the Lagos free zone .
